The Yamaha DXR8mkII is a 15" 1100W 2-way active speaker that delivers clear sound and extremely high output levels in a discreet and durable design, ideal for live sound reinforcement applications requiring wide-band audio reproduction. The speaker features a robust ABS construction with a bass-reflex design for improved bass performance with reduced turbulence. The high-power 15" woofer and 1.75" compression tweeter deliver high-resolution audio with a wide frequency response and deep bass. The built-in DSP uses an FIR-X linear phase filter for ultra-smooth filtering, while protection circuits optimise and protect the speaker's performance.,
The speaker features a Class D bi-amplified design that provides a combined peak output power of 1100W for powerful performance with minimal distortion. The built-in D-contour processor allows you to use the speaker as a main/front-of-house speaker or as a stage monitor. The rear panel features XLR, 6.35 mm jack and RCA inputs, as well as XLR through and output connectors for broad compatibility with a variety of professional audio systems and devices.,
The speaker can be placed on the floor or on stage, but also features useful mounting options. A dual 35 mm pole mount allows you to mount the speaker on a subwoofer with a horizontal or 7° downward tilt, while M8 rigging points allow for flown installation. An optional U-bracket is available separately for wall mounting. The Yamaha DXR8mkII comes with a power cable.,
