The Mackie DRM12A is a 2000 W active speaker with a 12" woofer designed for scalable sound reinforcement in large theatres, concert halls and outdoor festivals, as well as clubs, houses of worship and rental systems. The built-in Class D amplifier uses professional-grade protection and Power Factor Correction (PFC) technology to ensure optimal performance, while the Advanced Impulse DSP provides acoustic correction and time alignment via precisely tuned FIR filters for clear, powerful sound. The DRM Control dashboard features a high-contrast colour display for quick access to EQ, voice modes and more. A professional 12" woofer and three 1" compression drivers are housed in the 15 mm plywood cabinet with textured coating and together deliver a frequency response of 50 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB) with a peak SPL of 135 dB. The rear panel features parallel XLR inputs and outputs to connect up to four DRM12A speakers and two DRM18S subwoofers, all of which can be flown using the optional FB100 suspension bar.
