The Mackie DRM215 is a 1600 W powered speaker with a 15" driver designed for mid-size theatres through to large concert venues, as well as DJs, clubs, houses of worship and rental systems. The built-in Class D amplifier uses professional-grade protection and power factor correction (PFC) technology to ensure optimal performance, while the Advanced Impulse DSP provides acoustic correction and time alignment via precisely tuned FIR filters for clear, powerful sound. The DRM control panel features a high-contrast colour display for quick access to the equaliser, vocal modes and more. A professional 15" woofer and 1.4" compression driver are housed in the 15 mm plywood cabinet with textured finish and together deliver a frequency response of 43 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB) with a maximum SPL of 135 dB. The rear panel includes two XLR-1/4" combo inputs and accepts mic, line and instrument signals. In addition, a dedicated 3.5 mm stereo auxiliary input is available for connecting portable music devices. The versatile speaker is angled for use as a high-performance stage monitor, while the dual-angle pole mount provides optimal coverage and minimum reflections in most venues.
