The Mackie DRM315 is a 15" 2300 W powered speaker designed for mid-sized theatres, large concert halls and outdoor sporting events, as well as DJs, large clubs, houses of worship, rental systems, and more. The integrated Class D amplifier uses professional protection and Power Factor Correction (PFC) technology to ensure optimal performance, while the Advanced Impulse DSP provides acoustic correction and time alignment via precisely tuned FIR filters for clear and punchy sound. The DRM control panel features a high-contrast colour display for quick access to EQ, vocal modes and more.
A professional 15" woofer, a 6.5" mid-range transducer and a 1.4" compression driver are housed in the 15 mm plywood enclosure with textured coating, together delivering a frequency range of 35 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB) with a peak SPL of 137 dB. The rear panel includes two XLR-1/4" combo inputs and accepts mic, line and instrument signals. In addition, a dedicated 3.5 mm stereo auxiliary input is available for connecting portable music devices. The versatile speaker features a dual-angle pole mount that provides optimal coverage and minimal reflections in most venues. The Mackie DRM315 has a rotatable horn allowing the speaker to be flown horizontally and vertically via twelve integrated M10 rigging points.
