The Yamaha DXS15XLF white is a powered subwoofer designed to extend the low frequencies of full-range speakers and pairs perfectly with all powered speakers in the DZR series. The 1600W Class D amplifier powers the 15" speaker to deliver a frequency range of 33 to 150 Hz (-10 dB) with a maximum SPL of 136 dB. The integrated 96 kHz LF D-XSUB processor provides complete bass management. Normal mode is ideal for a balanced low-frequency response, while Boost mode delivers tighter, more precise bass with extra punch. Xtended LF mode goes even lower in the low frequencies for deeper bass. When using two or more subwoofers, selecting Cardioid mode can effectively reduce stage volume while increasing the low-frequency output directed towards the audience. The rear panel features two XLR-6.35 mm combo inputs with XLR thru/out outputs and dedicated level controls. A USB port allows system updates as well as preset configuration and storage. The Yamaha DXS15XLF is supplied with a standard IEC power cable.
