Offering the flexibility to be used as a stage monitor, main PA or suspended installation, the Yamaha DBR12 12" 2-way powered speaker can deliver up to 1000 W of dynamic power thanks to its Class D amplifier. The speaker features a 12" woofer and a 1.4" high-frequency driver and provides a maximum output of 131 dB. An integrated 2-channel mixing console allows connection of mic or line level sources via 1/4" jack, XLR and RCA connectors. Thanks to its ergonomic handle and lightweight design, the DBR12 is portable and easy to transport.
High-efficiency Class D amplifier
The DBR12's lightweight and efficient Class D amplifier can produce up to 1000 W of power, reaching an SPL of 131 dB, delivered with clarity and dynamic characteristics.
Custom transducer
The woofer delivers powerful and defined bass with minimal distortion, while the 1" compression driver produces precise mids and highs.
Portable speaker
DBR series speakers feature a compact, lightweight and durable plastic enclosure that offers the portability of all Yamaha powered speakers. The elegant steel grille enhances the durability of the speaker and protects the internal components, while the ergonomic handles make it easy to transport and install the system.
Stage monitor design
DBR series speakers feature an optimised 50° angle for stage monitoring.
Integrated 2-channel mixing console
DBR series speakers have two input channels. Channel 1 features a combo jack accepting XLR and TRS, allowing mic or line input signals. Channel 2 offers two input options: a combo jack accepting XLR or TRS, and a stereo RCA jack for input from a CD player or another stereo line level source. The integrated mixing console allows you to select either Channel 1 + 2 MIX to mix the signals from channels 1 and 2, or Channel 1 THRU to pass only the channel 1 signal.
Mounting points for installation applications
DBR speakers are fitted with M8 threaded inserts, enabling suspended applications with optional speaker brackets or standard lifting rings.
