This Profoto Deep Medium 41" Translucent Umbrella is unique because it is small and lightweight whilst being deep and parabolic in shape. The deeper shape gives the photographer better control over light diffusion. It also allows the photographer to focus and modulate the light by simply sliding the umbrella shaft in its holder. Use this translucent version in transmission to create diffused light with soft shadows. Attach the optional rear panel to virtually transform the umbrella into an easy-to-assemble softbox.
