Kaiser Book Holder
Holding device with glass pressure plate for precise positioning when reproducing books, magazines and newspapers. In the photo laboratory, the book holder can also be used to create contact sheets from negatives on photo paper or for alternative photographic processes using the contact method.
Stable base plate with non-slip coating on top and non-slip feet on the bottom. 6 mm thick glass pressure plate in a height-adjustable hinge. In order to work more ergonomically, efficiently and gently at a certain height, the height position of the glass pressure plate can be fixed within a range of 0 to 145 mm.
Several foam moulds of 28 x 18 cm in different thicknesses are used to compensate for the height of an open book.
Black protective cardboards for placing underneath prevent the back of the sheet or the page below from showing through.
With an additional white glass pressure plate with anti-reflective coating on both sides. The optical interference coating ensures high colour neutrality and minimal residual reflection (<0.5%).
