Manfrotto The hexagonal quick release system adapter 625 RC0 is designed as a robust addition to any existing tripod head. It comes with 1/4-20" and 3/8"-16 threaded bases, and also includes two adjustment screws (for direct attachment to the legs). The camera connection is made either via a 1/4-20" thread or with the supplied 3/8" stud. The RC0 has a new name for simplicity, but has been part of the Bogen product range for many years. It provides a large contact surface to connect the camera to the quick release system. The list of available plates for the RC0 system is complete and comprehensive - there is the larger 3/8"-16 threaded camera screw if needed, flat-bottom plates allowing cameras to be placed flat on tables with their plate attached, an "architectural" plate with adjustable anti-rotation lip to prevent camera rotation on the plate in vertical position, an anti-theft plate with built-in metal cable for attachment to a nearby fixed element, and a plate with a very large 4 x 4" surface. There's even the special 340 angle bracket, which allows switching from horizontal to vertical orientation without moving the head itself.
