The Porta Brace rain cover offers additional protection for your camera in adverse weather conditions. This model is designed to fit the ARRI AMIRA. Made from waterproof Taslan nylon with a soft knitted inner lining, the rain cover not only protects the camera but also reduces noise caused by rain impact on the exterior. While being waterproof, the protective material is also breathable, allowing camera heat to escape and thus preventing potential overheating.


Clear vinyl windows provide perfect visibility of the camera's built-in controls and monitors, whilst Velcro-secured openings allow access to these, as well as the power supply. To protect the lens, an adjustable seal creates an airtight closure. It works with a wide range of lens types, including cinema lenses, and allows the use of an attached lens hood. The waterproof material covering the lens is also adjustable to accommodate different lens lengths.


Additional Accessories

To add protection with different configurations, two modules are included to customise this rain cover. The RS-TB top-mounted monitor/light protector offers additional protection for lighting or a monitor mounted on the camera. The entire module is constructed from clear vinyl which does not interfere with the functionality of the lighting or monitor. The second module, the RS-TS, is a tripod mounting skirt which protects the camera from splashes when mounted on a tripod. It is made with the same Taslan nylon as the rain cover.
