The 'VT' versions of the Rain Slicker rain cover are specially designed for cameras fitted with wireless video transmitters. They feature a longer expandable rear end to accommodate various batteries and wireless microwave transmitters. Rain Slickers are made from waterproof Taslan nylon and complemented by a soft knitted inner layer that protects the camera and reduces noise during use. In addition to being waterproof (waterproof rating of 1000 MM), the Taslan material is breathable (breathability rating of 1000G/M²), allowing heat from the camera to escape when the cover is deployed. Clear vinyl windows are used to provide an unobstructed view of the camera controls. Velcro-fastened openings are carefully positioned to allow full access to the controls and power supply without allowing water to seep in. The adjustable neoprene lens seal creates a perfect seal around the lens, and an included removable visor adds extra protection against drops reaching the lens.
