Eartec UL541 - UltraLITE System for 5 People
The Eartec UL541 is a professional full-duplex intercom for five people who need to communicate and work with their hands. This compact system includes single and double-ear UltraLITE wireless headsets, a "Master" that sets the digital sequence and four "Remote" headsets. UltraLITE uses DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) technology to provide professional simultaneous-conversation wireless communication within a range of approximately 400 metres.

The UltraLITE series represents a major advancement as all electronics, including the battery, are integrated directly into the headset earpieces, eliminating cables and belt-worn radios. The system requires no base station and headsets are field-programmable, meaning the system can be expanded at any time. No FCC licence is required.

UltraLITE headset

UltraLITE headsets outperform all other full-duplex wireless systems in terms of performance and convenience as the transceiver is integrated directly into the earpiece. This self-contained "all-in-one" design eliminates headset cables and even belt-worn radios. They enable simultaneous two-way voice communication for users who need to work with their hands while keeping one ear free to listen to what is happening around them. The microphone boom rotates 270 degrees, allowing the headset to be worn on the left or right. The microphone mutes in the raised position.

Field-replaceable lithium battery

Each UltraLITE wireless headset is supplied with a rechargeable lithium battery installed in a special compartment in the headset. The batteries are lightweight and barely larger than a matchbox. They recharge in approximately 3 hours and power the headset for 6 hours. Being removable and externally rechargeable in the multiport charger, they can be swapped in a matter of seconds.

Multiport charger

All complete UltraLITE wireless systems include a multiport charger (2 or 8 ports) that charges headset batteries in individual compartments. When each battery reaches full charge, the corresponding LED switches from red to green, indicating that the battery is ready for use. This feature allows users to have spare batteries on hand in the charger when needed.

Soft case

Eartec's soft case is included to store your wireless system safely. Made from waterproof nylon, this headset bag/case features internal compartments to keep headsets organised. There is also a Velcro-fastened pocket for the charger and spare batteries. The moulded hard plastic handle makes it easy to carry and is practical for "field" work.
