Remotely control the focus of your lens with the Chrosziel MN-150 MagNum expandable wireless lens control system. This system includes Chrosziel's expandable MagNum transmitter and receiver along with the necessary power and cabling accessories to use the unit straight out of the box with the included Chrosziel CDM-100 digital motor. The MagNum unit is compatible with motors using a LEMO 7-pin interface.

For easy use, calibration is automatic with lenses that have hard stops. If you are using photo lenses that do not have close focus and infinity stops, a special calibration mode allows you to manually calibrate the focus distance. To adjust MagNum settings, an OLED display and directional buttons provide an intuitive interface. Record start/stop can be controlled from the handheld unit if the camera is connected to the receiver.

The handheld unit is expandable for a second degree of lens control. The upgrade kit is available separately and adds a slide control and marking band on the left side of the transmitter.


Ergonomic Handheld Transmitter

Compact, the transmitter has a rounded handle with a finger grip at the back for a secure hold during use. The transmitter incorporates an internal 2.4 GHz antenna and features a BNC mount that accepts an external 434 MHz antenna. The focus wheel has an adjustable brake and stops for repeatable focus. The handheld unit features a built-in spectrum analyser that can determine the best transmission frequency.


Dual Channel Receiver

With its two dual outputs, the receiver can drive up to two motors that connect via LEMO 7-pin. The receiver is capable of calibrating motors on the lens without assistance from the transmitter. When connected to a camera via a serial output, start/stop can be controlled remotely from the transmitter.


Expandable Hardware

A separately available upgrade module can be installed to control a second lens parameter. Once installed, the manual controller will gain a slide adjustment encoder with a marking band that can be used with your left hand.
