This Rycote Hot Shoe to 1/4"-20 Adapter is used to mount accessories with a 1/4"-20 female thread onto a camera's shoe mount. It is constructed out of brass and features two locking thumbwheels, one for tightening onto the shoe mount and the other for tightening onto the accessory.
