Preliminary datasheet for 3G-SDI to IP encapsulation and decapsulation device Edgware by Bluebell 3G-SDI to IP encapsulator and decapsulator The Edgware encapsulator module is a simple yet very powerful edge device that sits between the broadcast world and IP networks. 
A single SD-SDI, HD-SDI or 3G-SDI channel is encapsulated into IP packets and multicast over standard 10G networks. 
A simple graphical interface allows users to configure two IP addresses and the unit will transmit uncompressed video between them. 
Using seamless transfer protocol, your live content arrives unaffected. 
This encapsulator works with the Edgware decapsulator using SMPTE 2022-6 with an option for SMPTE2022-7 coming soon. 
This unit supports AIMS, AMWA and NMOS. 
TR03 and ST2110 are currently in development.
