Corvid 44 12G is AJA's ultra-fast and compact PCIe 3.0 8-lane I/O card, featuring four bidirectional 12G-SDI HD-BNC connections, designed for today's most demanding video and audio workflows. Corvid 12G 44 is available in multiple configurations, including full-height or low-profile, with active cooling.
Whether you're working with HFR 8K/4K/Ultra HD, 2K/HD, SD, Deep Colour and/or HDR, enjoy the quality and peace of mind that Corvid 44 12G brings to your projects. Supporting 10-bit 4:2:2 and 4:4:4 colour spaces, up to 12 bits, Corvid 44 12G offers capture and output via 12G-SDI, also backwards compatible with 6G-SDI, 3G-SDI and 1.5G-SDI. The bidirectional 12G-SDI ports offer immense flexibility for simultaneous capture and transmission for a range of solutions.
Multi-format 12G-SDI PCIe I/O card
Corvid 44 12G features four bidirectional 12G-SDI sockets with a reference input.
Flexible frame rate support
Corvid 44 12G supports 8K (8192 x 4320) and Ultra HD2 (7680 x 4320) high frame rate (HFR) workflows up to 50/60p for the most demanding applications. Cinematic frame rates of 23.98, 24, 47.95 and 48p are also supported for 8K, 4K and 2K. High frame rates are not limited to 8K and Ultra HD2 with Corvid 44 12G, multiple 4K, Ultra HD, 1080p and 720p HD inputs and outputs are also supported at frame rates up to 50/60p, making Corvid 12G extremely flexible for your current and future needs.
Hardware keying
The integrated downstream hardware keyer enables easy overlay of graphics and images on input video in real time.
LTC and Reference input
Corvid 44 12G provides a switchable external LTC/Reference input connection at the rear of the card. A second LTC input is available on an internal connector to provide additional reference to Corvid 44 12G.
RS-422
An integrated RS-422 connection is available either as an external connection on the full-height Corvid 44 12G or as an internal connection on the low-profile Corvid 44 12G. RS-422 enables control of external devices for precise frame-by-frame capture and transfer.
