Aja DVI to SDI with region of interest scaling
AJA's OG-ROI-DVI is an openGear card that enables very high quality conversion of computer and DVI signals to 3G-SDI baseband video. With incredible region of interest scaling as well as aspect and frame rate conversion, the OG-ROI-DVI addresses the growing need to properly integrate computer signals into the video world without sacrificing budget or space.
Connectivity
The OG-ROI-DVI uses a direct DVI loop-through, allowing it to be placed in-line to maintain a connection to a computer display whilst extracting to SDI. The reference input ensures that the SDI signal leaving the OG-ROI-DVI is locked for use throughout a production or installation.
Audio
The OG-ROI-DVI accepts 2-channel analogue audio from 2x 3-pin terminal block connectors. The audio source can be selected in the DashBoard software and is embedded into the SDI output. This enables computer audio to be integrated into the SDI signal for easy and synchronised routing.
openGear compatibility
The openGear standard ensures that AJA cards will be compatible with other openGear products from certified openGear partners. With a growing list of products, openGear is the future of frame-based products.
Flexible I/O
The modular rear panel enables custom I/O connections per card (included with individual cards).
Built-in security
The optional redundant power supply provides a secondary power source in the event of main power supply failure.
Ethernet access
A standard Ethernet connection provides access to the frame via the Dashboard application for global frame communication. Optional per-card Ethernet access can be installed in the frame for advanced communication with compatible openGear cards.
